That kind of time gives you pattern recognition you can't shortcut. I've seen what works, what doesn't, and what's just noise. It's made me adaptable, curious, and pretty good at cutting through to what actually matters: where to focus your attention and effort to hit your growth goals.
I ran digital media at scale for British Airways and IKEA in London, back when digital was still being invented. Then New Zealand: agency, in-house, enterprise projects for the likes of NZTE and Kiwibank. Now I run Resonance Marketing and co-founded UpliftRFP, an AI-native SaaS company. I'm not just advising on growth and AI. I'm living it.
I'm a certified High Flow coach, which really just means I'm fascinated by how people do their best work. That curiosity doesn't stop at business: you'll find me surfing, on the trails mountain biking, or spending time with my kids.
